This fully furnished three-bedroom, one-bathroom home is located near downtown Amarillo, within 5 minutes of Amarillo College, 20 minutes to the airport, and 15 minutes to several hospitals while driving.

The spacious home features central heating and air conditioning and includes a large enclosed backyard. Appliances included are a washer, dryer, smart TVs in the living room and the master beed room, stove, microwave, and a refrigerator. Provided are 3 twin beds, one sofa/futon sleeper, and a queen bed.

Tenants are responsible for paying utilities and renters insurance. Two pets under 25 pounds are permitted with a $250 nonrefundable deposit and $25 per pet per month.

Upon signing, the down payment and first month's rent are due. The lease term is twelve months. A non-refundable Rental fee application of $35 is required through Zillow. Credit scores below 680 will require the payment of the first and last month's rent, plus a refundable deposit after a final inspection of the property with no incidences of damage, loss/breakage of appliances, equipment, or of the dwelling structure.

    "In Amarillo it is very common for dogs to be stolen from back yards. People mark your fence during the day then come back at night or when no one is there and steal the dogs for dog fighting/money. As long as you make sure your dogs are never outside when no one is home or at night it should be okay. Just be cautious. "

    "Good walking area, 4 parks within walking distance. Downtown is right up the street. Because the Salvation Army is just on the other side of downtown we do get the random weirdo both in the alley and snooping around at night. I personally have only had 2 issues iin 2 years. 1 was someone about to steal a package from my porch. The other was was people parking in the alley in front of my garage. My dogs love to walk in the neighborhood. Harrison st is notorious for having it’s residence blocking the walkway. "
