The whole 3 bed 2 bath is for rent on a huge lot ( just over 1 acre) located in the heart of Lumberton in Country Lane Estates! Family-friendly neighborhood right off 421 with handy access to 421 and Highway 96. The location doesn't get much better with access to several banks, daycare, gas stations, and some great restaurants!

The house is updated with modern appliances and partially furnished with refrigerator, dining table, and extra storage and dish cabinets. The AC and roof are brand new! All easy to clean hard floors throughout and huge fenced in backyard are perfect for kids and pets.

There will be an application, background check, standard tenant rules, and a security deposit. Pets allowed on a case by case basis with a security deposit. Available as soon as September.

Rent is $2,200.00 per month due on the first of each month and incurring late fees after the fifth day of each month. Refundable security deposit is $2,200.00. Standard tenant rules will be in effect. Tenants are responsible for setting up all utilities in their name and paying these bills separately from their lease agreement. Only pets approved by landlords will be allowed and will require pet deposits and a reasonable additional pet rent monthly. No smoking inside the house. Tenants are responsible for all yard maintenance. The landlords reserve the right to deny any and all applications at their discretion.
