Arvada (CO) – My name is Ron. I have lived in Lakecrest for many years now, and it’s now time to downsize my home. Well, recently I found the perfect place, and made an offer to buy it.
Here’s my dilemma: I had to make my offer conditional on selling my Lakecrest Patio Home…and I have only a short time to get it sold.
I have a beautiful patio home, with a finished basement, main floor master suite and a great deck off the kitchen where we sit and watch the horses in the pasture, and the sunsets over the mountains.
My home is in a very unique location, adjacent to the Little Dry Creek trail – homes in this type of location don’t come up very often. If I had more time I’d ask $270,000 and it would probably sell for at $265,000. I know this because that's what homes in similar locations in Lakecrest have sold for.
Anyway...that’s what I’d do if I had more time. But I don’t. I need to sell my house this weekend, and that’s why I’ve decided to sell it for $260,000 so I can be sure to sell it in time to get the house I really want.
We’re having an open house this Saturday (21st Feb) at 1pm sharp, and we’ll be accepting offers on Saturday night after the open house.
My real estate agent has set up a free recorded message with all the details about my house and directions on how to get here. You just need to call 888-630-8835, ext. 13, or if you’d like to see it after the open house, you can call my real estate agent, Judy Mackenzie with Urban Companies at 303-358-6118.
