12-24 month lease. Renter covers utilities. Cats allowed (maximum 2)- $300 non-refundable pet deposit due at signing, $25 per cat per month pet rent. No smoking allowed.
Property owners will take care of yard and snow maintenance as well as any maintenance to unit outside of unclogging drains and replacing lightbulbs/batteries.

Anyone trying to earn and save to get out of here likely gets robbed and winds up having to live here in this stupid cycle a little longer.
