"Great location. Central to supermarket and shopping. Great for families and singles. I absolutely love the international markets nearby. "
  • Trulia User
"The people here are all unique and friendly. It’s been nice here, but I do get a little worried at night because of the local sheetz. Lots of interesting people there that make things a little scary at times. "
  • Trulia User
"It’s a good neighbourhood , I moved here from india. My job is in Manassas only. I feel this neighbourhood is good and safe. For me surprisingly the rent is super high but I could find any houses with less rent. Grocery stores and all very near by, for me Costco , Walmart is just 5 mins drive ( less than 3 miles ) We’ve a lot of shops near by so Even if you don’t have a car , you can still manage to get some groceries to survive but have to walk around 1-1.5 miles I feel it’s save don’t know why but I got the gut feeling "
  • Trulia User
"The community has its pros and cons, pros there are lots of families and things to do very close to each other, cons.. after dark always be on watch. "
  • Deanna H.
"This neighborhood has everything you need right on the main street. Lots of food, supermarkets, smaller shops, etc. everything is less than a 10 minute drive away. "
  • Deanna H.
"My commute is easy. It takes me about 20 minutes to get to Manassas Park at 7am. There is normally no traffic although there are many lights on the route that I take. "
  • Kenny G.
"There are many different paths to take your dog on a walk. In the neighborhood there are bags provided to pick up after your dog along with a small receptacle for their waste. From what I’ve experienced, there are many others walking their dogs & all of them have been really friendly. "
  • CICELY A. W.
"Yes, people walk their dogs all the time in our neighborhood in the morning afternoon and evening. It’s a safe area to walk your pet. There are plenty of sidewalks and paths."

"I don't commute, but my husband does. Traffic can be bad depending on the time of day. Mornings between 7am and 9am are bad."
  • rettoper
"I use to live in Paradise before kids left for college. Excellent amenties (pool, tennis, walking trails, dog friendly, etc.). However, the traffic around Manassas sucks -- it is even worse than the commute into D.C. which is actually getting more bearable. Overall, nice neighborhood with excellent shops and restaurants easily accessed so you don't have to fight Manassas traffic. "
