Description

As of 05-22-26 (PLEASE READ ENTIRELY) : For RENT (monthly plus utilities) or possible SALE (will consider Land Contract) to a qualified applicant. Located in one of Pennsylvania's premier and award winning 'BEST' places to live, BEAVER, PA.

This house is in a super secure area as it is located directly across the street from the Beaver County courthouse and police departments. This house has many advantages location wise including but not limited to being well within walking distance from the very popular downtown Beaver shopping district and just a block or two from the neighborhood grocery store, Starbucks and much more.

ALSO, the famous Beaver FARMERS MARKET is directly across the street every Saturday starting in early springtime and continuing on into OCTOBER or November. Also, it is no further than a block away from the famous gazebo park just outside of the downtown area where the annual GARRISON DAY antique and craft show and is held along with other events such as but not limited to the annual cruise night and classic car show.

AND, also very charming that it is within walking distance of the Beaver High School so you can walk down to the school on crisp Autumn Friday nights to attend the high school BEAVER BOBCAT football games or just sit in the backyard and hear the BOBCAT marching band performing on game night. Also, first class seats from your front porch to see the multiple annual fireworks displays . . . I could go on and on :)

Pets, if considered, will be an additional 100.00 per month.

700+ credit scores preferred.

New within past 6 years is the roof, electric, furnace and plumbing and hot water heater. Private back yard with a small garage and a driveway, which is a luxury for most places in this area. The front of the home was professionally painted two years ago and the balance of the home and garage is now in process of being painted now that the weather has begun to improve. New windows are gradually being installed as well. All hardwood floors and they have within the past month all been or are in the process of being stripped and refinished.

Beautiful fireplace in living room but real wood burning is not allowed but it looks so warm and cozy with an electric log insert on crisp Autumn and winter nights.

This home has been in our family for past 100 years and has never before been rented prior to this past month. Would also possibly consider selling home on a land contract type sale to the right person.

  • Craig Rawl
"Great area to live in, close to everything. Able to walk at night and also close to school districts for kids "
  • Hannah Falk
"Very walkable, lots of parks for dogs to run in, everyone keeps dogs cleaned up. There are lots of other dogs, which might be hard for dogs who don’t like other dogs. "
  • Brighton
"Very safe place to live, great schools, great teachers and an excellent school bus company servicing our school district "
  • Leonela Pascual
"Beautiful neighborhood, nice downtown! It feels like the Gilmore girls neighborhood! So pretty!!! Great school district and lovely farmers market "
  • Yopperman93
"Area is just your typical safe suburban area with bars and houses. No crime. Very small police dept. great place to live."
  • Jmjuth57
"Light up night for a Christmas, summer day car cruise, Garrison Days, 8 community parks, great restaurants"
  • Deanna J.
"Public sidewalks and streets are not swept, may have glass or nails that could cut paws or feet. Neighbors may not appreciate un-picked up dog droppings or pick up after their dogs. The side of Vanport closer to 376 has more area to walk dogs, but also more ticks due to wooded areas. The ball fields are a nice place to run with your dog."
  • Yesenia O.
"No acccess to public transportion. Must have car to commute to grocery store/ gas station. Traffic is never bad in the morning."
  • Rachel L.
"I’ve been here my whole life. The perfect town for a growing family and beyond. The Main Street is packed with shops and restaurants and the parks around town are great for kids "
  • Jefeevans
"There are great views of the Ohio River, and many people recreationally walk here. Downtown is easily accesses able by foot, or bike "
  • Adina Perry
"Most people are friendly, a lot of hypocrites but I kept to myself because of it! There are plenty of places to shop, go and eat!"
  • Lisapasseri
"The people are so kind and caring. The VFD has bingo and many activities. This is a safe little town and a dry town. "
  • Francinemartinec
"My neighborhood is in a great location close to public transportation and you can walk to many shops closing ice cream coffee and the neighbors are fabulous. In the great place for kids to run around ride their bikes playing the yards and go swimming. "
  • Audrey M.
"there are a lot of easy sidewalks and scenic walking areas, but there aren't dog parks in the area within easy walking distance so that could be a problem for dog walkers living in the area"
  • Sherrybcm
"Quick and easy access to a major highway. Little to no traffic from my house to the highway. Slightly more traffic than normal because of the new plant being erected. "
  • Beccarafter
"Everyone is super friendly and I know all of my neighbors personally. There are a lot of parks that my 18 month old daughter loves to go to. "
  • Francinemartinec
