The upstairs is dedicated to a master suite with a walk in closet, double sink vanity, walk up jacuzzi tub, stand alone shower, linen closet and private commode. Mountain views can be seen from multiple areas of the bedroom as well as the private balcony.
Downstairs offers a large family room that walks out to covered patio for entertaining or enjoying the afternoon breeze. Just inside the front door you are welcomed by a living room and office to the left with a nearby bathroom for guests. Just past the living room there are two bedrooms with a bathroom to share. Near the kitchen is a lovely formal dining room for making memories around the family table. A separate designated laundry room is offered adjacent to the kitchen as well.
The lot that this property sits on is one of the largest in the neighborhood! Fruit trees, grape vines, and lots of outdoor space to relax or enjoy hobbies - plenty of room for a garden! Very nearby are the renowned hiking trails of Mission Trails Regional Park and Cowles Mountain. Great schools, shopping, entertainment and all Santee has to offer are all conveniently located.
