About this House

Over the past year and a half there have been a few things to improve the property new toilets were installed in all 3 bathrooms When the last tenant moved in the kitchen living room and dining room were all painted as well as the master bedroom. A new fridge was put in about 2 months ago. The back yard has pavers and turf which require little no no maintenance. This layout has the loft that's good for an office area.

When signing the lease the tenant must pay first and last months rent. I pay all HOA fees while tenant is responsible for gas water and electric. Renters insurance is required. 12 month term minimum
