**In the event that an applicant provides their own valid PTSR per the above, Hawk Hometown Property Management may still pull their own screening report but will not charge the applicant for this report.

Incomplete, incorrect or misinformation on the rental application or PTSR will disqualify you as a perspective renter.

Approval or denial is based around the following criteria:

Now, there are so many transplants that do not abide by traffic rules, bring back woods mentality with them and could care less about their neighbors. We have beautiful parks and recreational areas, but not very friendly or neighborly vibe. "
