Lease will be for 12 or 18 month. Pet restrictions over HOA guidelines. Non smoking preferred. Parking in driveway and in front of the home. Renter will be responsible for yard upkeep and snow removal.

    "In all honesty Windsor has lost its small town feel. Neighbors used to know one another and lookout for each other. Now, there are so many transplants that do not abide by traffic rules, bring back woods mentality with them and could care less about their neighbors. We have beautiful parks and recreational areas, but not very friendly or neighborly vibe. "
