Welcome to our charming 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home in the heart of Mesa, AZ, perfect for guests 55+ looking for a comfortable stay of 30 days +. This inviting house is fully equipped with all the essentials, featuring a bright and airy great room, a well-stocked kitchen, and spacious bedrooms. Enjoy relaxing evenings on the backyard patio. Located in the well-maintained and secure Fountain of the Sun community, with access to a communal pool and lots of amenities. Garage parking NOT available. 2 parking spots in driveway only. Pets are welcome with approval.

We require all guests to be at least 55 years of age when they book. This policy is in place to ensure the safety and comfort of all guests, as well as to comply with local laws and regulations. Any damage or accident that is not covered by the security deposit will be the responsibility of the guest. All primary guests must complete the online pre-arrival form via the PMI Solis Properties Portal prior to their check-in date. This simple form will help to ensure that all guests have easy access to the property and arrival information needed for a hassle-free check-in process.
