This is a retirement village, 55 or older. You pay a lot rent per month that includes your fresh water and sewage, and trash pic-up. You pay for your electricity and cable. While it has increased this past year it is still cheaper that ANY appts, etc, in the area.

Unlike many mobile homes for sale, this one has had both its roof and its flooring inspected and reconditioned,...a double coating of elasto-kool elastomeric coating on the roof, and a complete inspection of the subflooring and installation of brand new carpeting thru-all but the bathroom and kitchen.
