Property located in a quiet town on a semi busy road. We are a 5 minute drive from the beautiful "The Island park" on the Delaware water gap and located 30 minutes away from Philadelphia and Central New Jersey!

Utilities & Property Terms
The owner covers water and sewage. Tenants are responsible for electric and gas utilities. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on or within the property. Exterior maintenance will be handled by ownership.
A full credit and background check is required as part of the application process. Pets are permitted with an additional security deposit and a monthly pet rent per pet. Storage is available for a one-time fee.
First month's rent and the security deposit are due at lease signing. All documentation and payments will be completed virtually.
