Nice updated apartment in Sandy for rent. Quiet neighborhood, small apartment complex surrounded by houses. Easy access from parking to aparment. One covered parking space and plenty of street parking around. Includes a large storage room. Five minute walk from a Walmart and about thirty nice restaurants. (Try Curry Connect, best Indian food in the valley!)

I live closeby so I will be readily avaible if any issues come up. I also have a queen bed, including the frame, boxspring, and mattress, that I can lend if needed.

HOA pays for water, sewage, and garbage. Tenant is responsible for gas and electric. The apartment has a Google Fiber jack; the tenant just has to call to activate. One year contract only, but I'm lenient about that if you have to move mid-contract.
