About this House

We are offering a 2 bedroom 1 bath block home with a fenced-in backyard, screened-in porch, and separate utility room with storage. It has a newer central heat and air, newer refridgerator, and new paint. If you are interested in renting it email me. I will do a background check and verify income. No evictions. Household income needs to be 3x the rent.There is a $150 pet deposit for small dogs and cats. There is no application fee. I can do a background check for free. I will email you when I will be at the property so you can see the interior and I plan on being there at least once a week.

Tenant is responsible for electric, water, cable, and yard maintenance.
