Beautiful condo in converted Victorian building. Near perfect except for no AC, laundry is app based in basement and not in unit, and no parking, but it is super nice with great layout. Sunny dining room, study off dining room with closet that could be a great nursery, nook off living room that current tenants use for a piano. One very large bedroom with double closet, single closet, and linen closet + en suite bath. Second bedroom is good sized with closet. All closets have custom built-ins (see video). Nice common outdoor space with large rear deck and garden area + I think patio in progress or some sort of landscaping. AND heat + hot water included. Condo association has no pets allowed policy for units that are rented out. (Reference #181679)

    "The new MBTA extension will pass through it making it easier for commuters to and from the area into Boston or Medford. It's still a diverse cultural experience with a grand Brazilian shop and other smaller shops (including the reliable market, that's been there for almost 40 years), to give the Square flair and connect many of its diverse residents. I also love the memories I have here, including the Dunkin Donuts that's still there. I also enjoy the convenience of getting into Boston through it."

    "I walk. If I need to get to Boston, Medford or Cambridge I take the MBTA (bus) to the stations to Davis or Lechmere and then rapid transit to my destinations. In my city we have bikeshare, carshare services and uber/lyft and greencab. It is also cyclist friendly -- they have bike paths and bike sections on the roads to make it easier for these commuters."
