About this House

Nice 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home one block from main campus. Home has a nice covered front porch for those beautiful spring, summer and fall days. Plenty of parking in the long driveway that leads to the rear of the home with rear access. Inside you will find a completely renovated kitchen with breakfast bar and new appliances as of 2020 which includes oven, dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator. From the kitchen leads to a nice dining room and just past that in the front of the home is the living room. There is a 1st floor master bedroom with full bathroom just off the dining room. The 2nd bedroom on the 2nd floor that faces the street is the largest in the house. The third bedroom is on the smaller side facing the side of the house and the 4th bedroom is also smaller and faces the rear of the house. There are currently 3 tenants and the 1 tenant who has the small 2nd floor bedroom uses one of the small rooms as a bedroom and uses the other small room as an office/computer room so it works out nice. The home is equipped with a security system which works unmonitored but if you chose to have it monitored its 99 cents a day. Lawn care and sidewalk along the street snow shoveling are included in the rent fee, so feel free to relax and not worry about the exterior maintenance (this doesn't include driveway shoveling). A washer and dryer is also provided and located in the basement. The basement has been completely waterproofed and French drain install and is very dry. The duct work and HVAC system was professional by Air Serve of Newark in 2020. Every window in the house was replaced in 2019. All three bathrooms were completely renovated in 2019. If you're looking for a nice house in a quiet neighborhood with low crime, this is your spot in Newark. The home backs up to a city of Newark Park that has a tennis court, playground and walking/jogging trail. This is not a party house so if you like to entertain this house is not for you. There are families that live next to the property and disturbances will not be tolerated. Please contact if you would like to visit the property for a tour!
