All one level living with a large front porch area and plenty of yard space. Less than a 5 minute drive into downtown Brevard. The home features central heating and air conditioning, modern appliances, and recent updates throughout. There is an additional access driveway in the backyard with a small storage shed and room to park multiple vehicles. Yard and exterior maintenance will be provided. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. The primary bedroom is en-suite and the other three bedrooms share the second bathroom. The third bedroom is smaller and would function well as an office space. The dining/living room/kitchen are open concept allowing for an easy flow throughout. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and the washer/dryer are provided.

Tenants are responsible for their own trash service and all other utilities. Owner provides lawn maintenance, landscaping, hvac maintenance, and pest control. No smoking in any interior portions of the home. The front driveway has room for at least 3 vehicles and the back driveway has room for additional vehicles. One year lease required.     "I don't think there is any public transportation. I don't live too far from downtown so I could probably walk it. I think there is a cab but it may need to be called a day ahead of time. They are putting in some bike lanes. Otherwise it is automobiles. "

Every 4th Friday of the month there is an arts walk. I live around the corner from the Lumberyard Arts area."
