All one level living with a large front porch area and plenty of yard space. Less than a 5 minute drive into downtown Brevard. Tenants are responsible for all utilities. The primary bedroom is en-suite and the other three bedrooms share the second bathroom. The laundry room is just off the kitchen and the washer/dryer are provided.

Tenants are responsible for their own trash service and all other utilities. Owner provides lawn maintenance, landscaping, hvac maintenance, and pest control. No smoking in any interior portions of the home. The front driveway has room for at least 3 vehicles and the back driveway has room for additional vehicles. One year lease required.     "The town has a number of street festivals with Arts and crafts and food vendors. They just had a big bike race- Assault on the Carolinas. There is an annual AAUW used book sale with +30k books. Every 4th Friday of the month there is an arts walk. I live around the corner from the Lumberyard Arts area."
