Description

Our home had a major renovation in 2006 and 2007, We added 400 square feet to the house, which included 12 x 25 more space to the major bedroom, new Bathroom with a corner whirl pool tub with jets, 12 x12 Ceramic Tile around base of the tub and flooring, added new toilet sink and walk in closet, with fan, heat and light combo in ceiling.. We remodeled the entire Kitchen with New Kitchen White Vinyl Cabinets and new Formica counters tops, with DW, Stove, Hood Microwave and New Refrigerator and all new vinyl floor Tiles in Kitchen and Dining room. Removed paneling off walls before replacing cabinets and replaced with new sheet rock and insulation. Added Sliding glass doors to the master bed room and added a new 50 foot deck around a 25 foot round above ground pool. Added all new 6ft privacy fence. Convertid attached garage into a family room with sliding glass doors and heating and air conditioning, with new appliances for laundry area. Washer and dryer front loaders. We also renovated the main bathroom and replaced all ceramic Tile above the tub which included mildew resistant wallboard around the tub before adding 6x6 ceramic tiles, and 8x8 ceramic floor tiles. Replaced Circuit Breaker box and electrical wiring to added new loads of all the appliances added to the house, , and alarm system to the house covering all doors and windows with remote access. In 2013 We replaced all appliances again in the house as well as flooring in the kitchen and dining area. The house has ceiling Fans in every room in the House, In Master Bedroom we have 2. The front of the house has porch and handicapped Ramp. Now in 2019 we are working on new Vinyl siding for detached garage which will include D5 white dutch lap siding to match the house. We also replaced Vinyl Siding to the entire exterior of the house with storm windows wrapped in siding material to reduce maintenance on the out door. We replaced all storm doors and added Storm door to attached garage which converted into living space. In January 2017, I replaced the Roof with and excellent roof transferable 3 times, to other owners. Lifetime warranty, they took old roof off and replaced all bad wood before installing the new roof. Replaced all ventilation system to current roof. The pool was also replaced in the summer due to a storm destroying the old one, it’s 24’ round 13, 500 gal..in 2017
