A large, bright and light apartment on the third floor in a remodeled triplex. New roof, new central air conditioner, new furnace, fans, new appliances and cabinets, new flooring and paint in 2021. The apartment has very large rooms, ample storage and lots of light. Each room has a closet and can be used as a two bedroom apartment, or one bedroom and a living room. There is a place to set up a desk. Large bathroom. A small but functional kitchen is equipped with a smooth top range, self-cleaning oven, microwave, a stainless steel refrigerator and plenty of storage. Close to downtown, Xavier, UC, hospitals, zoo and other places of study, work or interest. Easy access to I-71. Pets are welcome - no breed or size restrictions. Up to two pets.
Applications are accepted through Zillow. Security deposit equal to one month of rent, cleaning deposit of $300 ( if at the end of lease the apartment is left in the same condition as prior to move in - the cleaning deposit will be returned) and a pet deposit of $300 if applicable (also refundable if there is no pet damage) are required upon signing of the lease.
Renter is responsible for electricity and gas, as well as any internet or TV services. No smoking in or near the apartment. Parking is on the street.
Landlord pays for hot and cold water, snow removal and front yard maintenance.

4/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis is our first year at Riverview East Academy. My child is a 7th grader. So far, we love this place. My daughter is on the Volleyball team. The Principle, Teachers, Coaches and the Security are amazing. They have all made me, my child and my family feel welcome like we have been there for years. I also love the fact that there is a zero tolerance for Bullying and Principle Wolf and her staff make sure that the children stay safe and focused on learning.
