The principal frequently brings personal relationship issues into the workplace, which creates an uncomfortable and distracting environment for staff and undermines professionalism.There also appears to be clear favoritism toward one counselor, while other staff members are left out of communication and collaboration. Doors are often closed, and meaningful interaction with teachers and support staff is limited, making it difficult to address concerns or work as a cohesive team.Effective school leadership should be impartial, approachable, and focused on students and staff—not internal conflicts or selective relationships. Unfortunately, this administration falls short in those areas, and it has negatively affected morale and trust within the school.
