Two beds and two baths on upper level, living room and kitchen on main level. Washer and dryer hook ups in main level. There are two reserved parking spaces that come with leasing the unit, and additional guest parking is available nearby. Pets are okay but priority will be given to applicants that have no dogs. No application fee to apply. Bad credit is okay but Tenants will need to provide a strong rental history with references for on time payments and leaving their previous rental(s) in as good or better condition from start of lease.
Tenants will need to provide $1250 for first month's rent, and $1200 for a security deposit at time of lease signing. Additional monthly rent and deposit will be required if tenant has pet(s). Tenants will need to put all utilities in their name. I would prefer a two year lease but am open to a one year term.
12 months or longer on lease agreement, anything less comes with increased rent. $35 per month per pet. Tenant pays all utilities.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageI am currently a student there and I can say it is highly focused on sports but still a good school. I moved away a few weeks into my freshman year and started school in wheat ridge which I thought was horrible the first class I went to the I got yelled at because the teacher did not want more students. After that I was sent to Hugo where I was not treated the best as well so when I went back to Limon I was so happy. Its a great school with a heavy focus on sports but it the towns way of getting every body involved in the schoolOther Review14y ago
