Beautiful modern light flooded studio in landmark Art Deco building with elevator. Top floor with view of the lighted capitol dome. Spacious bathroom with in unit laundry. Gated parking for one car included and secure code entry building. Please message us for application. Quiet building near all hospitals, UMMC, Mississippi College School of Law, and the Capitol Building. Wonderful restaurants and brewery are minutes away in Belhaven and Fondren. Belhaven University and Millsaps College are 3 minutes away. Smoke Free building. Small pet will be considered at additional fee. $850 per month + $60 towards water, sewer, trash, gas. Tenant pays their own electric. App fee is only $40. Credit/Background check will be run. Message us for more details. Note this is an unfurnished unit, photos show it with furniture for idea of space.

This is a smoke free building - including weed. Pet if accepted will be $100 deposit and $100 pet fee nonrefundable. Parking is for one car only.
