"As it is common in the US, automobiles are a must-haves if you’re wanting to travel around. The mode or option to use Public transits system around here is barely used as it isn’t well developed or integrated into our community. Bikes and electric bikes, however, have an exceptional infrastructure and it is an alternate mode of commute around here."
  • Carlakidwell
"We have sidewalks and are very close to the bike trail. Close to the Amp and Downtown. Our neighborhood is established with homeowners who generally care how their yards look "
  • Jasonnec
"My commute is generally easy and takes somewhere between 15-25 minutes depending on traffic. That’s the general timeline that will get you anywhere in NW Arkansas!"
  • Sean.sanderlin
"We keep are very nice to our neighbors. I like this area, if I can I would buy a second home ands rent it out"
  • TN
"Dog owners would like the paved walking. Dog parks are also in the area that are divided by dog size, one side of the park is for big dogs, and the other side is for smaller dogs. Plus, there are community events that host dog costume contests. "
  • Scott Bratcher
"This area is very dog friendly. Lots of places to walk your dogs and also businesses are dog friendly. "
  • Maria Akehurst
"Love it and close to everything. Near the mall, Walmart, restaurants, and the Amp. Also a quiet neighborhood."
  • Maria Akehurst
"Many of our neighbors seem to have a dog and the yards are nice size for dogs plus many people in our neighborhood walk their dogs on a regular basis, which is nice to see and you get to know your neighbors that way."
  • Elvin Delgado
"The trail parks are dog friendly, they serve water and small bags to pick the dog’s waste. It will be good to keep your dog on leash will walking him and with the permit always."
  • Maria Akehurst
"I’ve been in Rogers since the mid 80’s and I’ve seen it grow from a sleepy little town to a bustling hub of activity and growth. The schools in Rogers are well maintained, the curriculum is strong, and the the amount of programs that are offered are robust. Eduction is important to the families that live in and around Rogers too. Also the parks in Rogers and the walking and biking trails are well maintained and they are being improved and expanded. There is a variety of housing options. Also, they are improving and adding roads to help alleviate congestion around Rogers. It’s great location, still has a small town feel but with lots of options and activities for all age groups. "
  • Scott H.
"It’s like coming home to a resort daily, Beautifully manicured and incredibly inviting. A wonderful place to call home."
  • Mfwelch38

  • Meagansnyder88
"Safe area to live in to raise a family. I enjoy my neighbors and being close to the downtown area. Sometimes the high schoolers leave trash and can be rowdy when driving, but that seems to be stopped fairly soon before it gets out of hand."
  • Ebfrecka
"Lots of close restaurants that we bike to. Feels safe!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"
  • Chris K.

"Living by the lake, we live about 5 minutes from downtown Rogers. We travel to a nearby city to our south for work. The commute is long, but there are two efficient routes we can take. The traffic is generally easy to deal with making our commute better. Also, I love to drive through downtown Rogers each morning because it is so quaint. "
  • Jewel T.
"We have really enjoyable craft fairs and the awesome fair comes to town. Our walking trails are really beautiful and kept up and people are friendly on them. "
  • Hayley.anglin
"Its great live here all my life. For about 18 years and never left only probably for four months. But "
  • Cesarislas003
"There isn't any neighborhood activity going on in this neighborhood. No community events or anything that involves the whole community."
  • Ben F.
"Have lived here for 10 years seen it decline . All the good people have moved and seen too many houses look like they would not be good to live in. Have only stayed here because wife died here. ...... "
  • Liz M.
"My commute around town is usually pretty quick but you do run into the occasional traffic as the population is rising "
  • Judy s
"Great location near lake and very close to town of Rogers and medical services. We have good neighbors, a great coffee shop in Prairie Creek with a few nice places to eat. "
  • Marion M.
"Many community activities are child focused. Sports are a dominating activity. School plants are well kept. Academics could be improved."
  • David J.
"We have lived here for 25 years and we still aren't the old-timers among our neighbors. Don't get me wrong, house have sold and some new neighbors have arrived, but this is a very stable neighborhood. "
  • Judy’s
"I’m pretty new to the area so I’m not able to speak about neighborhood events. The local coffee shop had a really nice art exhibit in conjunction with Rogers’ Art on the Bricks. "
  • Cook5667
"Be a example for you kids on how you want them to be as adults. Never show your anger in public, do it in private "
  • Angela
"I’ve lived here my last 15 years and love it big lots that are quiet. Monthly POA meetings. Fire station. New eatery’s that are good. "
  • Aealden91
"We have lots of social events for families or individuals of all ages. Public parks are well maintained and beautiful "
  • Monica K.
"Great, well maintained neighborhood. Owners take pride in their houses. Very safe place to live. Close to shopping and dining."
  • Llramseyer
"There is no through traffic. We watch out for each other. It is a terrific place for kids. The schools are top notch. We have outstanding neighbors and get together twice a year. "
  • S.stephanie323
"It’s terrible. The neighbors are obnoxious, loud, and disrespectful (with the exception of one). It’s hardly ever quiet here. You can’t walk down the sidewalks because there are too many cars parked on them. The streets are often ā€œone wayā€ because of the same reason. I would not recommend this neighborhood. "
  • Samantha Lewis
"I've lived in this area all my life. I feel safe here and know that I can trust my neighbors. It's truly a great place to live at any chapter of your life."
