A lot of the neighbors are friendly and easy to get along with, though, like anywhere, there are a few difficult people mixed in. Overall, Reading has a strong small-town feel with good energy and plenty to like.       "There are a lot of people that walk their dogs in this area and most people are animal friendly, but you do have some people that put up signs to keep off lawn. The reason I believe this happens is because you do have some people, very few, that will walk their dogs at night and not clean up. As a dog owner, I always clean up after my dog and I get very annoyed when I am walking and I see that someone didn’t clean up after their dog. "

Outside smoking weed and using profanity all the time. Gets worse during the summer time. I cannot let my kids outside to ply because there is no respect for them as children."
