Description

The home is a beautiful, recently renovated brick home, ready to share with a room mate. The three bedroom home; one of which I occupy and there are two full bath's. A huge kitchen with lots of cabinet space with a nice size pantry. The kitchen has a coffee machine, toaster, blender, flattop stove, side by side refrigerator, wall oven, deep freezer, a laundry room with a Samsung washing machine, Samsung dryer and a dishwasher. A huge diner area for eating and cooking. The home also, has a little nook room for reading or just relaxing and a decent size living room space. All rooms have been painted within the past two years and floors updated recently with vinyl flooring planks. The home has plenty outside cameras, an alarm system, keyless entry, inside cameras, a huge yard a little over an acre of land and plenty parking space. Carport parking designated for home owner. This property is my home and I'm looking for a responsible tenant to become my roommate that is in need of a place to call home. My home is also located close to town with many restaurants, Wal-Mart, Dollar Tree, plenty gas stations and close to the 1-75 exit.

This is a large bedroom and a medium size bedroom with two shared bathrooms for rent shared with me in my beautiful home. First month rent of $800 and $1000 security deposit is due at signing. Payment methods are only Cash App, Apple Pay or Zelle. All utilities are included in rent. Rent is trial based on a six to twelve month lease with start/end dates. Lease can be extended thereafter upon new lease agreement. Rent is due on the 1st of each month with a four day grace period due by the 5th of each month. After the 5th day there will be a 7% late fee of $700 which is $49. Home is fully furnished, that's why the security deposit is $1000. Tenant is responsible for their own necessities. Carport parking is for the owner parking only, pavement parking available for tenants. Thirty day written notice needed for early termination of lease agreement. Security deposit will be returned within 30 days after rented property has been inspected and no damage to property, appliances or furniture after the tenant moves out. Only leased tenants has key/less entrance to home, biometric entrance, alarm system and minimum access to cameras. If tenants gives any access to a non-leased tenant, the leased agreement has been broken and the said tenants can be evicted. No smoking or illegal drugs allowed. No illegal activities permitted on property. No pets allowed. Criminal Background check required, fair credit required (650-750), rental history required and long term work history is a must. Because all utilities are included in rent; service fees, lawn service fees and yard maintenance are subject to a fee.

    "The "Country Club" area of Cordele. Nice quiet neighborhood. Only disadvantage, is that the City incorporated this area during development to reap the tax assessments, but provide very minimal city services to this area, in comparison to other areas in the "city proper"."
