Monthly rent will include paid water, sewer, yard maintenance, roof maintenance, and garbage service. Rent will be due on the 1st of each month. Security deposit is due at signing. This will be a 1 year lease.

Renter will be responsible for electricity & gas (SDGE) and any other additional utilities such as cable & internet, etc. There are no pets allowed and this is a non-smoking unit. Parking: attached 2 car garage and limited guest parking within complex (guests only). Renter will be required to obtain renters insurance policy.
