1. One month deposit pay in the contract signing date . First month rent pay in the move in date .
2. Good credit and background
3. One 35-60 years old quiet male only. No pet . No smoking . No drug. No heavy drinking in the house. No friends visiting and sleeping over in any time (have camera out side of the house) . Had bad experience with younger and older people before . And had hard time with female before.

"Its really close to Crossroads Elementary and Southern Shopping Center. You have a 30 minute walk to the park. You can choose to drive or walk. "

"I would say that it’s a okay place to have dogs. Depends on what park of the neighborhood you live. There a few good dog owners in the area. I have my dogs here. "

"it's close to walmart if you like convenient groceries but the area itself is nice for morning or evening runs and the area is being updated consistently lots of new houses replacing the old"

"We've lived here for 7 years and the neighbors are generally friendly and quiet. There is a good mix of young families and older established families. The yards are almost all a good size even if the homes are small. For a starter home, this is a great place to start. You're withing walking distance of a newly refurbished elementary school, close to a Wal-Mart hypercenter and a K-mart. There are a couple of okay restaurants nearby and it's close to bus stops and freeway on ramps. most places in Hampton Roads aren't more than 20 minutes away. From my driveway to the piers at NOB is 8 miles. Little Creek NAB is only about 15 minutes away. The best part is you don't get the noise from Oceana. Occasionally you'll hear the C-17s and C-5s take off. The E-3s fly overhead but they don't drown out conversation. Very, very rarely will the F/A-18s fly out of NOB."
