    "Most houses have dogs and the dogs are friendly. Our dog roams the neighborhood at his will during daylight (we keep a satellite gps tracker on him). There are lots of places to hike. Be mindful of wild animals at dusk and Dawn. This is overall an amazing place to have dogs. "

The city infrastructure is good; for example we live on a dirt road and when it snows, the plows are there super early. Internet is great at our house. We love evergreen "

Easy access to 1-70 and can be in Downtown Denver in 30 minutes or in an hour at Winter Park skiing. Best of all worlds, small town, yet big city close by and tons of outdoor recreation!"
