Refrigerator is left as is and will not be replaced if it goes out. New bathroom vanity and bath tub/shower combo. Laundry hookups for stackable or all in one unit. It has 2 bedrooms 1 bath. This is an upstairs unit it sets on the back of are 3 acres we live in the house upfront. We have a family in the bottom of this unit t so it's very safe around here. The rent includes the water, trash, propane, and electric. This unit is perfect for 1 or 2 people. We will not be showing it until after May 10th as it is occupied and she will be out on the 10th.
