"I've lived in this nieghborhood on and off for many years, just seems like once summer hits, it's non stop issues a few blocks over, don't see any of it mostly but hear it. nieghbors are nice, keep to themselves mostly, but will chat if your out in the yard , lots of kids to around herr"

"grade school is close by, so there's traffic from that and then all day it's the city workers in and out. but my young son likes to watch all the trucks and equipment go by."

"I have lived in thie area for over 10 years and have found the neighborhood to be very safe, friendly and quiet. Your kids can play outside and the neighbors all watch out for each other. Totally under appreciated neighborhood. Awesome for the cost.!!"
