"Sidewalks are wide but the bike paths are just stripes on the road. That’s not very good protection from machines that weigh in excess of one or two tons, moving over ten times the speed of a bicyclist and/or pedestrian. Same as it is in every 1950’s-model of suburbia"

"The distance to parks seem unwalkable. Typical heat issues for the county too. Streets lend themselves to speeding motorists that can take away from the pedestrian experience."

"Ive lived in the elan community for years and own a property here its very close to boca park the suncoast redrock lots of shopping and places to eat ect alot to do in the area it is a Great complex 3 pools spa on site gym quite, safe, clean & very well lit at night and security patroled my family and I feel very safe in this community never had any problems here everyone is very friendly every time I leave or come home I get a wave a smile or friendly conversation love it here "
