There are other schools out there that don't put labels on children at the start of the year and pretend all school year to fight bullying. I had to have conferences with the principal and the teacher because of the constant bullying FROM THE SAME CHILD and the teacher turning a blind eye SEVERAL TIMES. Looking back it surprises me still have this high of a rating and it just shows me that a lot of parents don't get as involved with their child's school as they should.

If your kid is assigned to this school. Sell everything you own to get them out. If you care about your kids future then you would get rid of all your material possessions to get your kid to another school. This school is inept at best. <<-- That is if you believe schools should teach and not just be a day care for lazy parents. They had 5 months to prepare for online learning due to covid and on day one and two they showed up with excuses and platitudes. Too bad the staff here only thinks of this as a job and not that lives are at risk. This is public education at its best folks. Run now while you can still save your kids from public indoctrination!

I’m extremely disappointed with how Ed White High School handled a recent incident involving my younger sister.A staff member repeatedly misgendered my sister after being corrected and later referred to her as transgender. This was disrespectful not only to my sister, but also to the broader LGBTQ+ community. Educators are expected to de-escalate situations and model professionalism — not escalate or demean students.What’s most troubling is that my sister was disciplined immediately and multiple times, while the adult involved faced no visible accountability. This creates the appearance of bias and raises serious concerns about how student complaints are handled versus how staff behavior is addressed.Instead of focusing on accountability and transparency, the school’s response felt dismissive and defensive. That erodes trust between families and the institution that’s supposed to protect and educate children.I hope the administration reflects on this situation, takes appropriate corrective action, and prioritizes respect, fairness, and student well-being moving forward.
