The sports are good and they let all participate who are eligible. Because it's a small school there are not a lot of extra choices in classes or after school activities but is great for a small town. I'm sure as it grows this will change. "The yards are extremely small, not level and not well irrigated, especially with how much rain we get. This makes for muddy dog feet every time they come in. There are loose dogs ALL THE TIME. "

"Property taxes are higher than advertised. Hoa does very little. No animal noise ordinance for thos area. No sidewalks. Cars constantly speeding through neighborhoods. No community events locally."

"Hoa is horrible. No sidewalks. No loud dog ordinance. Property taxes are higher than advertised. 2.99 percent. Traffic speeds thru neighborhood. Do yourself a favor and research this area before you buy. Always having water issues. High in contaniments. I tested our tap water. It has lead and high flouride levels. Buyer beware."
