1. Term of Lease
The lease term shall be for 18 months, commencing on March , 20, and terminating on September , 20.
2. Rent
The Tenant agrees to pay the Landlord $2,200.00 per month as rent.
Rent is due on or before the 1st day of each month and shall be paid using:

3. Security Deposit

The deposit will be returned to the Tenant within 30 days after the lease ends, less any deductions, along with an itemized statement of any deductions.

Pets are NOT allowed.
