The home is centrally located, again with Old Town Scottsdale restaurants and bars within 5 minutes, Mill Street/ASU 8-10 minutes and airport easily accessible as well. The house is available fully furnished (see images). Shorter term leases are acceptable, and all pets are welcome!

Month to month rentals for up to 6 months are welcome. Utilities are not included in the monthly rent for pool heat option only and are tenant's responsibility if the tenant elects to heat pool during their stay. Long-term rental inquiries are more than welcome and landlord would be open to 12 month or longer lease for a furnished and or unfurnished property at a negotiable rate. Please inquire if serious on a longer term house rental rental and both parties can discuss further.
