- Rent is $1700/month with a $1700 security deposit. $250 of which is non-refundable for cleaning post-move out.
- Utilities are $125/month inclusive of Google Fiber internet, power, gas, water, sewer, and trash.
- Lease length negotiable, but ideally 6-12 months.
- Renters insurance required
- Application required. If your application is approved, 2 months of pay stubs are required as well as a background/credit check paid for by the potential tenant ($49).
