      Description

All Evesham Township and Burlington County approvals to build are in place, including environmental, endangered species studies, well, septic and the coveted Pinelands Certificate of Filing which is good in perpetuity. Approvals are worth THOUSANDS of Dollars and not to mention the years it takes. Build your own custom home, free from restraints from Home Owners Associations (HOAs) on a secluded six (6) acre shovel-ready lot nestled in the pines in Evesham Township, NJ on Hopewell Road. The only sounds you will hear is the whoosh of the wind and footsteps from wildlife. Conveniently located between Voorhees and Medford yet quiet and bucolic, it is important to note that Pineland approvals have been granted on the entire six-acre tract, not just the minimum one-acre building envelope. This means that along with a custom home, you are free to build other structures such as a guest house, pool house, gazebo or greenhouse. You can even have your own tennis courts, swimming pool or even your own putting green.

"we just moved in 2020 to Cambridge park so alot of the normal events haven't been happening but the neighbors have approached us about block party's and other neighborhood events in the fall. It's a great area to live and there are always kids And adults biking , walking and more. Definitely more small town vibe with out the taxes of Cherry Hill and Mt Laurel. "

"Schools are great!!! Teachers are amazing!!!! Taxes are high, but you get what you pay for. If you have children, definitely a great place to live. Single or just a couple, not needing the schools. I’d look somewhere else. The schools are what keep us here. When they graduate, we’ll move.. Con: Traffic!!! "

"There's only one bus route that is not easily accessible. There are many stores in the are that make living here convenient. The drive towards Philadelphia can be a nuisance depending on the time of day. Rte73, between Rte 70 and the promenade tend to be high traffic areas. The community is well maintained and the neighbors are generally friendly. My packages and cars are safe. I would continue to live here as long as I can. "
