Welcome Home! 817 Channing Drive is our 2 bedroom / 1.5 bath flat that is available for move in on May 1st, 2026! Locally owned and managed right here in East Nashville.

This custom brick flat was completely renovated years ago in a community of 14 similarly appointed homes, which includes bamboo floors, frieze carpet (upstairs), tile bath, his and hers closets, hickory cabinets, black appliances (stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave), central electric air and heat, an upgraded lighting package, barstool seating counter, and your own personal deck! While the unit itself has washer and dryer hookups, the washer and dryer themselves are not included. If you would like a washer / dryer to be included in your lease package, we can include one for $50 extra per month.

Enjoy your own yard, too, but don't bother with the mowing! Professionally landscaped and maintained yard. Off-street parking, concrete drive, covered front porch. Convenient location on dead end street.

Good credit and rental history is a must! Applications are $40 per person, or "free" if you apply via Zillow's application process.

Tenant is responsible for utilities (water, electric, internet, etc). Lawncare is included. There is no gas at the property. Trash is included as a public city service.
