Small 3bedroom 2 bathroom home in the heart of Oneonta, AL within walking distance to the commercial district. The house has a covered front porch and an open back patio on a fairly large lot. This is an old home that is newly remodeled with new floors, fresh paint and new appliances. All electric with washer and dryer hook up. Good size kitchen that opens into a spacious living/dinning area. Three moderately sized bedrooms approx. 150sq.ft each.

No pets

One year minimum lease agreement. I am looking for long term renters. No pets. Tenant is responsible for all utilities and maintaining the lawn, which includes cutting the grass and generally keeping the area tidy. There will be basic house rules to comply with such as not parking in the yard, disturbing the peace, etc. No smoking inside the house.
