Cozy 2 bed / 1 bath house. Large utility/laundry room. Spacious kitchen. Separate office/craftroom/sitting area. Very large back yard. Right next to LeTourneau University, with a private gate onto the campus.

Central air and heat. Gas stove. Fridge and dishwasher included. Washer and dryer hookups.

NO pets. NO smokers (inside or out). NO exceptions.

Rent is $1,195/month. $50 monthly discount for rent paid on the 1st or before, each month.

Initial lease term is one year, after which the lease will convert to a month-to-month tenancy. Rent is due on the 1st day of each month and a $50 discount is offered for rent paid on-time, or early. There is a strict no smoking policy anywhere on the property, subject to immediate termination of the lease and forfeiture of the security deposit. Tenant pays all utilities. Tenant is response for lawn care. Landlord is responsible for regular pest control services. Landlord will come on site each month to replace the air filters.
