 House has 3 (!) outdoor areas to enjoy the California lifestyle: front yard w ping pong table and loungers, deck w hammock and relaxing area and back yard w big dining table and bbq. Yay!

Fully equipped open kitchen with filtered water, coffee machine, mixer etc as well as all needed cooking accessories. Bath fully stocked as well.

Comes with essentials for our little friends like swing in the kitchen (!) pack n play, bunk bed, Stoke high chair, plenty of books and toys.

Other things to note:
Free standing house (Front House), front yard and patio completely for your own use.
Back yard is divided by fence with back house tenant. Private entrance and full privacy for yourself.

Free and easy street parking available in front of the house.

All utilities included (water, power. gas, high fast internet).
