Looking for someone to rent my spare bedroom (approx. 10x9'). The townhouse is 960sq.ft. The unit is fully furnished except the room for rent. Currently it is me and my girlfriend staying in the master bedroom. I am a property manager and she works in bio-tech. We spend several days at her place so the apartment would be yours alone here and there. Ideally I am looking for a short term lease. No smoking/vaping. No pets. One designated parking spot. First and last plus a 400 dollar deposit. Inquire more within.
