Walking distance to Natural Grocers, Sprouts, the A line light rail station (20 minutes to downtown or DIA!), FlyteCo Brewing, United Airlines training center and multiple restaurants. Quick commute to Anschutz Medical Complex, downtown Denver and DIA! All utilities including water, gas, electric, and high speed wifi are all included! Bonus: All tenants receive a full membership to Progress Coworking, a local coworking space with ~ 6,000 sf of work space just a 5 minute bike ride from the property.
