Room Description

This is a one bedroom Rental in a shared house that is very close to Little Creek base and not far from the Norfolk Naval station. It's a very quiet neighborhood. No pets. No smoking allowed inside. No couples or children as well as no overnight stays out of respect for the Tenant you're sharing the space with.
He'll be sharing the home with a 53-year-old male that is quiet and clean very nice yard front and back. Parking is street parking.
You will have your own refrigerator and freezer. The front living room is also your private space that has brand new carpet and paint. The bedroom currently has a daybed and Desk provided, but it can be removed if needed.
The other areas are shared such as kitchen, laundry room, which includes washer and dryer, dining room, and additional living room space attached to the dining room.
There is plenty of room for two people in this home. The home is primarily hardwood floors.
Availability is immediate pending application and credit/background check.

Street parking. No pets, no smoking in house and that includes vaping. Cigarette butts must be discarded property. If smoking is found to be in house or trash from cigarettes on property the deposit is automatically nonrefundable and tenant must vacate property within 3 days.

    "I've lived here since 2003 and love it! It's quiet, clean, and friendly. Crime is low and there's a fire station at the entrance of the neighborhood. People are friendly and we all look out for each other. Most of the homes are 50s and 60s ranches and split levels and they don't build houses as solid as these anymore. You won't regret moving to this neighborhood."
