      "My commute is 5 minutes on a bad day. I could bike if it wasn’t so hot. I haven’t taken SunRail, but there are two stops within a short bike ride from the house. If I did not have a car, this neighborhood is close enough to downtown and my office and close enough to mass transit, that I could very easily avoid a car."
