New bathroom fixtures, toilets and light fixtures going right now. It is an incredible home, well maintained and loved. It is like new. Huge master bedroom with large walk in closet and bathroom upstairs. Two other spacious bedrooms upstairs with shared bathroom. Downstairs bedroom has it's own bathroom.

Owner will pay for gardener and internet access only. Washer and Dryer included. House is unfurnished but I have furniture available if needed to get you started.

The home is at end of a very quiet cul de sac. The neighbors on each side and around the property are great. This is NOT a party house. Respectful tenants only.
