This area is just two blocks from the white-sand beaches along the Pacific Ocean, two miles from Downtown Long Beach, and only 25 minutes from the heart of Los Angeles. You'll also be within easy reach of California State University-Long Beach, which is adjacent to the neighborhood. The neighborhood is just minutes away from Alamitos Avenue, with the Pacific Coast Highway forming the northern border.

We are seeking someone who can move in within two weeks. The owner pays for water & sewer. It is a month-to-month lease. The apartment is ready for move-in. The following are the requirements.
Requirements:
*A favorable credit history with a minimum credit score of 620 and above
*No evictions or collection records for non-payment of rent
*No open bankruptcies
*Verifiable household income that is at least 2.5 times the monthly rent
*A fully completed and signed rental application for each applicant 18 years or older.

    "I like my neighborhood, 8th and redondo is perfect, it’s quiet rarely loud, a lot of dog parents and older folks, random stragglers but nothing scary or unordinary, I’m from LA and this part of Long Beach is kind of the suburbs with streets like 4th 2nd and Redondo that you can walk down and go do social things and go home right around the corner and it’s back to quiet. "
