Take a look at the cutest single story bungalow in the heart of the city. Rarely on the market and the most sought after of homes. Built in 1923 with style and elegance but with all the modern conveniences of today with a remodel in 2021. From the curb you will love this Spanish inspired architectural features with large glass front window and a cozy front porch accented with rock and drought tolerant plantings ...a perfect place to watch the world go by. The open floor plan is perfect for everyday living. The large living and dining spaces offers an abundance of natural light with large picture window, smooth plaster walls and ceilings with windows all around. The kitchen is a chef's dream with new white shaker cabinetry, black hardware, white quartz countertops, stainless appliances, custom tile back splash to the ceiling, deep sink, recessed lighting, and laminate floors. The master bed and bath is something special offering gorgeous claw foot soaking tub and a walk-in tiled shower. Two additional bedrooms are well appointed. Recently painted inside and out with a clean white palette. Newer energy efficient dual pane windows, air conditioning, wide base molding and window coverings are just a few of the recent updates. The backyard is simply amazing with gas fireplace and built-in barbecue with bar and seating. Back yard was completely professionally redone last summer with beautiful trees, large artificial grass area with plenty of room to entertain and barbecue. The large custom shed offers additional storage or could be the cutest play house. The back yard offers so much space and is beautifully done with pavers, lighting and additional living space. Enclosed screened patio offers a flexible space for laundry, outdoor dining , play room or a home gym. One of the best features of all is fully paid for solar!! Extra long driveway can fit four cars and street parking is ample and easy to find. Walk to Colorado Lagoon, Recreation Park, Wilson High School and so many walking trails to explore. Of course you are minutes away from the best dining, shopping and attractions the city has to offer. Make this the one to see.

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThere are some great teachers at Bryant. Unfortunately, one bad apple can definitely ruin the bunch and with lack of qualified leadership, this is not a good school to send your child to.Parent Review3y ago - Jefferson Leadership Academies School

7/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageThis school has repeatedly left gates open with no adult staff around leaving the possibility for children to wander off or strangers to wander in. Teachers say bad words to the kids. The front desk is terrible at answering the phone and calling back when you leave a message. There is constant fights that the staff don't stop. There are kids constantly hitting other kids and they are allowed to stay in class. I would not go here if the district actually gave a choice. It's a terrible school with terrible staff. Do not go here.Parent Review5mo ago - Wilson High School

6/10GreatSchools RatingParent Rating AverageGraduating class of '23, this school has only gone down since i got here in 2019. Wilson does not have enough discipline when it comes to kids wandering campus during class or when it comes to vaping and drug use especially in bathrooms. Instead of punishing the children involved their solution is to lock up multiple bathrooms at the same time restricting access to the students. These "solutions" are all similar in nature when it comes to various problems. The school strongly favors minority groups and the amount of assignments and clubs and months and weeks surrounding "inclusivity" are outrageous. I do not feel represented in this school. This school is highly politically biased and I'll leave it at that. Many kids at this school have horrible attitudes and i feel that the low work ethics of said students brush off on others. I am not saying that all kids are like this, but a very high amount of them are. If I could pick my high school again I would not pick Wilson.Student Review1y ago - Check out schools near 4133 E 10th St.
