About this House

Real Estate Agents w/qualified buyers are welcome and will receive 2.5% commission from sale.

This well-cared for, 2-story, spacious home is ready to welcome its next blossoming family. Bartlett is a well-managed community, and our neighborhood is tucked away in a perfectly quiet but very convenient pocket.

We've enjoyed long afternoons and sunsets from a large backyard with wide-open views to the West and South thanks to having just one residential parcel adjoined to the East. On a corner lot, in a cul-de-sac, looking out to Sunrise and Sunset Park, we take the bike path east through beautiful preserves and many miles of exploration; or we go west to take our kids to the nearby playground, basketball court, frisbee golf or more.

The attractive white vinyl fence (2017), encloses the entire backyard, allowing plenty of room for parties & entertainment using the large, split-level, wood deck that leads out to a brick firepit. Our children love the custom, 2-level, treehouse with slide, chalkboard walls, play area and all kinds of imagination. We grow tomatoes, eggplant, zucchini and strawberries every year in a custom garden and always take in the fresh breeze blowing in from the open field while the chimes ring.

The inside of the home has an abundance of natural light thanks to plenty of windows, including in every bathroom, and a large skylight filling the second and first floor with rays. There is an up-to-date kitchen with a walk-in pantry and guest bath. Downstairs is a finished basement and laundry room, where it stays cool in the summer, and just right in the winter; and a storage area (crawl space) that is a lifesaver when seasons change. The 2nd floor is brand new with a dark plank floor that picks up any color you paint on the walls. The master bedroom is spacious, has a modest walk-in closet and brand new master bath with stand up shower for efficiency. The 2nd full bathroom was rehabbed in '17 with a jet-spa, new vanity and tile. The bedrooms are good sized, all with closet space and nice views. The home is also equiped with a Vivint security system with smartphone connections to garage door, front door, furnace, A/C, cameras, etc.; the service is excellent.

Call to arrange a showing asap before this amazing parcel disappears.
